Check out this delicious and very simple recipe from Claire at A Cheesemonger’s Daughter for homemade cranberry sauce. We love how festive this recipe is with the mix of berries, cinnamon and orange. Claire used our bake pan from our bake set and pie dishes to both make and serve enough cranberry sauce for the whole table.

Cranberry Sauce

24oz/640g cranberries (2 bags)

12oz/350ml orange juice

3 tablespoons demerara sugar

1 tablespoon honey

1 bay leaf

1 cinnamon stick

The How-Tos

Add all the ingredients to a heavy-bottomed pot, cover (leaving the lid ajar) and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the berries are cooked (about 20 minutes.) Stir well, popping the berries against the side of the pot to release their natural pectin. Turn off the heat and let sit to cool. Stores up to a week in an airtight container in the fridge.
