BLACKBERRY HOT TODDY

Ingredients

200 gr of blackberries (set aside 2 berries for garnish)

50 ml bourbon whiskey (gin or rum can be substituted)

2 tsp raw sugar (plus extra for edge of glass - optional)

1 tsp vanilla extract

250 ml Earl Grey or other mild, freshly brewed hot tea

2 lemon wedges

METHOD

1- Prepare the Falcon mugs by running a lemon wedge along rim of them and dip the rim into a 14cm Falcon sauce dishes plate of raw sugar.

2- Mash blackberries with the back of a fork through a sieve or colander from our 6 piece Prep set over a bowl to collect the juice.

3- Add whiskey, sugar, vanilla, juice from lemon wedges, and earl grey tea to the blackberry juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

4- Pour hot mixture into Falcon mugs and garnish of them with a fresh blackberry.
