1 cup coconut milk
4 tbsp chia puddings
1 tbsp maple syrup
1tsp dried pitaya powder
Berries Dragon fruit ( pitaya)
Hazelnut granola (recipe on Dialas Kitchen)
In a medium bowl, mix coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup and pitaya powder. Stir well and let rest overnight. The next morning top with berries, pitaya (or your favourite fruits ) and granola.
