There is something so satisfying about leaving your oats in the fridge to steep overnight, it's a really positive start to the day! Check out this delicious, simple a healthy recipe below and make sure you use your Falcon prep set and deep plates for serving...

- Soak 1/3 cup oats in 100ml almond milk with a pinch of cinnamon and tsp of maple syrup overnight in the fridge.

- In the morning mix well and top with a ripe pear, pomegranate seeds, peanut butter, dried mulberries, hemp seeds and dark chocolate.
