SPICY RODEO MARTINI

We’ve teamed up with our friends at Goat Rodeo Goods to bring you this bold and briny twist on a classic martini - featuring their signature Spicy Disco Mix and Rodeo Disco Pickles. It’s the perfect cocktail for anyone who likes a little kick with their sip on these summer evenings.


Spicy Rodeo Martini

(SERVES 2)

Ingredients:

- 120ml Gin  

- 2 tbsp Dry Vermouth  

- 1 teaspoon Pickle juice (or to taste)  

- Goat Rodeo Spicy Disco Mix  

- Rodeo Disco Pickles

- Sugar syrup or any wetting agent for the rim

 

Prep the Rim:

On two small plates (Falcon side plates work perfectly), spread a teaspoon of Goat Rodeo Spicy Disco Mix on one, and pour a shallow layer of syrup or lemon juice on the other.

Mix the Martini:  

In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, dry vermouth, and pickle juice. Add a generous amount of ice and shake well until chilled.

Rim the Tumblers:

Take your tumblers and dip the rims first into the water, then into the Spicy Disco Mix for a bold, zesty kick.

Serve:  

Strain the cocktail into the prepared Tumblers and garnish each with a Rodeo Disco Pickle.
