Outstanding in the Field is a roving restaurant, a traveling celebration of what connects us all. Their tables are set in vineyards, beaches, meadows, fishing docks, and city streets in addition to a long list of organic and sustainable farms, all around the world.
We were thrilled to work with the team on their tour this Summer, in particular as they traveled to Edwin County Farms for their table in Canada and of course to the UK for their table at Sitopia Farm which featured guest chefs, Sarit Packer & Itamar Srulovich of Honey & Co. They set the table in Sitopia’s unique urban gardens with enamelware a plenty, surrounded by a bounty of summer vegetables, young fruit trees and Sitopia’s mandala garden, in which seasonal vegetables and herbs are planted in a circular plot, directly in line with the Greenwich Mean Time line.
